Untrustworthy. I would stay clear and never use them again, they lie and are very deceitful and think we are stupid and easily tricked.
Unprofessional, greedy and dodgy. After an hour of signing sale contract (offer accepted among vendor, agent, buyer), another director (agent) pushed me with higher offer to be raised. The whole journey was disgusting. They made up an story that they have received an offer in writing prior to signing. Though whole offer process was online. Be very very careful with this greedy agents.

Sid and his team are respectful and professional and keep you up to date on where everything is at throughout the whole process. Having had them both manage our property when renting and achieving a high price when we sold, i would highly recommend them as an agency.
