My experience with LJHooker in Macksville was a nightmare. They put in a tenant without even taking a bond. I was not notified that the tenant had left the premises and stopped paying rent until l enquired 6 weeks later. My place was trashed and l lost $5000 accordingly to NCAT. Then l had to spend another $1000 on rubbish removal and cleaning. I will never use LJHooker again and have told many locals of my experience.
Was treated very professionally with an amazing admin(Brodyn) helped me with the information I needed to find, was kind and welcoming to the phone call. Can't wait to possibly do business in the future thankyou again.
