Both Mike Assaads were fantastic, we had a lot of trouble with a previous company mishandling our property for 3 months. Mike came in so positive and professional. Great communication, had our house sold by auction for a great price! Highly recommend!
Terrible service. They don’t care about anyone but themselves. Wouldn’t recommend at all. They need customer service management classes and definitely need to improve their service. Negative points.
It is extremely disappointing to see how unresponsive their team is. I have been requesting for a repair in the house for several weeks now. My property manager doesn’t reply to emails or texts. The only response I got was when I called the office and I had to speak with a very rude person. It is horrible to see that’s the way they treat their renters.
Abraham and Mike made selling our house easy and stress-free. They were always there to help and made everything clear for us. We're so thankful for their support!
