Rented a property for 3 & 1-2 years and everything was great. Never a drama Until I went to vacate due to work/life relocation. The vacate inspection was deemed suitable with a few wear & tear issues. But the Landlord decided she’d do her own and wouldn’t release my Bond until she was satisfied with it. I recently vacated a property I was renting through this lot.for 13 years. I went through Water leaks flooded out twice. I had to go out and buy a wet and dry vacuum to suck up the water. I called them about it. And not even an offer to send out a professional carpet cleaner. Down the track. Showering over a bath for 6 months because the shower cubicle was leaking. LJ Hooker The Entrance (specifically Vanessa & Megan) has been one of the most disappointing real estate experiences I’ve ever dealt with, and that’s coming from someone who has been both an owner and a renter with them. I’ve seen it from every angle, and it’s the same story each time. They will blame the renter when you’re an owner, and the owner when you’re a renter.
