Rented a property for 3 & 1-2 years and everything was great. Never a drama Until I went to vacate due to work/life relocation. The vacate inspection was deemed suitable with a few wear & tear issues. But the Landlord decided she’d do her own and wouldn’t release my Bond until she was satisfied with it.
