Do not RENT here. If you’re a buyer, you will be likely treated better. Money mishandled, maintenance not actioned until I asked fair trading to talk to them, they then tried to do it a month before I moved out. They also ripped into my bond and given the emotional and financial strain from this company I was so distraught at the mistreatment I cut my losses as to never have to deal with them again. If you’re a tenant needing to rent, find a company that will care more.
Absolute delight to work with ! When my wife and I met Zoe at the open for what is now our home she was friendly, professional and a wealth of local knowledge which she was happy to share. She worked very closely with us to ensure we were able to proceed with our purchase over the Christmas period. Her genuine delight when we exchanged contracts was great and we cannot recommend Zoe highly enough
