You have to follow up & follow up & follow up & follow up to get a response. IF & I mean IF you do manage to get a response it is of little or no help & you find yourself wondering why you even bothered attempting to contact them at all. Have been waiting 2 months for follow up on maintenance issue with no outcome. Disappointing management.
I called up the team asking for advice on a strata issue I am having with another company. The team were so helpful and Tim the Managing Director gave me a call within the day. He was extremely knowledgeable about all things strata and gave me some really helpful advice on my situation. Tim didn’t have to take time out of his day to call me but he did and I really appreciate it. As an owner I really hope to get the team here to manage my property someday and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you guys!
