We recently moved to LJ Hooker Strata Managers after a horrendous experience with another company. Darrell made the transition easy for us, maybe not easy for him though thanks to the other company. Juan has been a very attentive and a great strata manager, very professional and his documents for our AGM showed us what the last company should have been doing and providing. They were unable to provide details on issues, even though the issue was discussed and minuted at the EC. The unit 'manager' was unable to provide any details for something they have known and looked into, and she was unwilling to find out or help.
