Excellent outcome thanks to Neil. We are interstate owners and we entrusted Neil with the sale of our investment property. It was being managed by someone else and Neil advised us on how to manage the tenancy, once the tenant had vacated, he organised some simple repairs and maintenance and then arranged a staging company to come in.
