Exceptional Communication Every Step of the Way. All was excellent. Tim always called me when it mattered. I was one of 4 siblings selling the family home, and I live interstate. Tim's attention to my inclusion helped me feel closer to the action. Tim is an exceptional communicator. I particularly appreciated his calm, gentle manner and carefully chosen words. The sale was sometimes stressful but Tim always soothed us!

The property management experience was highly stressful, marked by poor communication, lack of accountability, and an overall feeling of being unsupported as a tenant.
