Such an unprofessional and disappointment..mail me for house inspection at jugan street ,Mount hawtron and I don’t see anyone here n then sends the mail saying property is no more available to rent also inspection also cancelled…had to drive all the way from Fremantle.. Do not use this company, absolute fraudsters, be prepared to lose all your bond. Making up problems as they go along. We paid for an end of lease clean and they said it wasn’t” up to their standards” took 1000 dollars off of our bond and just transferred it straight into the owners bank account, tax free. Worst service ever for a real estate agent. Don’t care about ppl who come to view Rental apartment property. I was 2 minutes late in 15 minutes window and not shown the property telling that she has 39 properties to look after. There was other 3 ppl waited outside. One person can damage reputation of whole team. Normally all the other rental agents bring 2 agents to show apartment property but LJ want to make money by using one agent
