My property manager Rachel Marslen has been fantastic from the start with Rachel liaising with the previous tenants to assist my move in date to match up with my property settlement date which saved me the expense and headache of moving twice. Every time I have contacted Rachel with a query (eg putting up some curtains and wall mounting a tv) she has had a response for me within 24 hours.
