This is the worst real estate agency I have ever dealt with. In my experience, there appears to be little or no proper identity verification before tenants move into properties. The behaviour of some tenants has been extremely concerning, and there are reportedly around fifteen people living in a single house. Extremely disappointing experience with this agency. Everything was delayed from start to finish — communication was poor, responses took forever, and simple issues dragged on unnecessarily. The biggest problem was the bond refund, which was not returned on time despite multiple follow-ups. It felt like we constantly had to chase them for updates with no clear answers provided. We cannot recommend Shubham highly enough! As an older couple who have recently relocated from the UK, finding the right rental property could have been quite daunting — but Shubham made the whole experience wonderful.
