I've had a generally positive experience with my property manager, Taylor. Communication is friendly, professional, and they're easy to deal with. They usually keep me informed about maintenance issues in a timely manner and are always approachable when I have questions. There had been delays with strata payments previously, resulting in strata late fees/ interest needing to be paid as an additional expense.
