Leah was great help with my partner's and I first purchase! We asked her if we could view the property and she responded quickly to our request. She was able to fit us into a schedule we preferred and was able to liaise with the property owner, also would like to thank the owner for their quick response too! Leah is very accommodating with our request, I would highly recommend!
The worst experience we have had, Especially the East perth office, they had no interest in even talking to the tenants to resolve issues.
Terrible Communication and Unprofessional Property Management I am extremely frustrated with how this agency handled my property. During a tenant handover (Apr 14-16), I tried to arrange a key pick-up on the 15th. Despite verifying my identity as the landlord, the staff refused to provide the keys simply because the PM was unavailable.
