Taylor is knowledgeable, responsive and always provides thoughtful, practical advice and support. She is also incredibly effective at coordinating all processes including contracts and maintenance . We were renting a property with LJ Hooker for 12 months. We did have a few changes in property managers but our (few) issues were dealt with swiftly and appropriately. Throughout the tenancy, the property managers were responsive to emails and queries and providing helpful communication when needed. Paula was our last property manager and she was a standout.
