I would never recommend doing business with LJ Hooker Padstow based on my experience. What started as a simple clarification about rent payment was handled in an extremely poor and intimidating way, instead of being addressed professionally and respectfully. The first phone call we ever received from Francesca, the property manager, was shocking.
