Treated me bad as a renter, taking Bond for repairs that I was told would be done before I moved in.20 or so years on went for a look at the place. Same things still not done that my bond apparently was to fix. Now a home owner myself, I would never consider this place to buy or rent and fix the things my bond was taken for in the house on Gibson Avenue.
Coudn't be happier with the service we received. Our property manager Tristen is approchable, reliable and genuenely cares about both the property and the people involveld. Everything is handled smoothly, which takes a lot of stress off us as owners.
Shannon was fantastic to deal with throughout the entire rental process. She was professional, responsive, and made everything smooth and easy from start to finish. I really appreciated her help and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a great rental agent. Highly recommend!!
