Simon Booker is the most responsive agent I have met. I smsed him at nights and weekends to enquire about property as potential buyer, I got quick replies. It is impressive compared with some other agents, who either ignore you or have very slow reply.
Never rent through this place! They accuse you of damage that is done AFTER you vacate the premises!
Marty kept me informed every step of the way, advising me of what stage the buyers were up to in their purchasing journey, and what the feedback from the buyers was.
