I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience over the last three weeks has been extremely disappointing. Our gas geyser stopped working, and despite reporting the issue immediately, it still hasn’t been fixed. The plumber who inspected it clearly stated that the system needs to be replaced, yet we have received no proper update or action from the property manager.
