Karen has been an absolute delight to deal with to manage our property. I have experienced many property managers in the past 35 years of having rental properties, but I have never come across anyone as helpful and understanding as Karen. Karen is so professional and goes the extra distance day, night and even weekends to meet the requirements of the tenant and landlord.
LJ Hooker Maitland managed and sold my investment property for me. Their property management was the best in the region by far - established team who were consistently the same (no swapping of property managers every other month like some other agents I used throughout my ownership period). Sale process was excellent with Kane - great communication, balanced and considered advise and achieved the price I wanted. Would highly recommend.
