I recently purchased my brand new property through Ben Cotton and the team at LJ Hooker Maitland, and the entire experience was fantastic. Ben was incredibly supportive, kept me informed throughout the entire buying process, and was always approachable whenever I had questions. He really made what can be a stressful milestone feel smooth and seamless. I highly recommend Ben to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Maitland area!
I’ve had outstanding service from LJ Hooker Maitland over many years. I first bought my house through them back in 2015, and since then I’ve also purchased an investment unit through the agency, had it managed by their property management team, and recently sold that same unit through their sales team. Across all of these experiences — buying, renting, and selling — I’ve been extremely happy with the professionalism and reliability of both the rental and sales teams. I really value the family and local nature of the business... read more
Karen has been an absolute delight to deal with to manage our property. I have experienced many property managers in the past 35 years of having rental properties, but I have never come across anyone as helpful and understanding as Karen. Karen is so professional and goes the extra distance day, night and even weekends to meet the requirements of the tenant and landlord.
LJ Hooker Maitland managed and sold my investment property for me. Their property management was the best in the region by far - established team who were consistently the same (no swapping of property managers every other month like some other agents I used throughout my ownership period). Sale process was excellent with Kane - great communication, balanced and considered advise and achieved the price I wanted. Would highly recommend.
The Agent: Mr Benny Cotton, was Absolutley amazing couldn’t have helped more than 100/10 percent, I’d suggest LJ Hooker Maitland and Me Cotton over the other real estates, his friendly demeanour was very comforting to know that he had my back all the way, and never was annoyed with me contacting him, much appreciation
