Lizzie has been such an amazing property manager not only is she kind and friendly she goes above and beyond professionally to ensure communication and issues are sorted quickly and efficiently. The support she has provided us as tenants whilst also supporting the landlord and any tradies involvement has been exceptional. To top it off Lizzie is just an absolute pleasure to communicate with. I highly recommend Lizzie for anything real estate related and respect towards her tenants.
LJ Hooker have actually been one of the easiest real estates to deal with while I've rented. Handing back the keys to a property is always a nerve wracking experience as you wait to fight over tiny issues to get your bond back. LJ Mackay was so easy to deal with when we vacated our property, and it was such a relief. Thanks for making the process the way it should be team!
Horrid and unprofessional. My partner was applying to a rental property online through this agency, and the application form was giving errors when trying to submit. They called the office to advise, and the lady on the phone was laughing and giving the most unprofessional responses. My partner asked if there was any other way to apply, to which they just say to do it online, it's easier, and hung up. Absolutely pathetic behavior for anyone in client relations.
What a fantastic agency to rent through! I have never experienced better service as a renter in my life! Excellent communication. Excellent service. Everybody I have dealt with in the office have been friendly, attentive and responsive. Maintenance is fast and thorough. Horrific experience I just want to warn tenants out there that currently have Natasha Sloan as their property manager. No communication what so ever. Phone calls I left messages for her to call me back, emails after emails, hardly ever any response but when I would get a response it would be that she hasn’t had messages from me or she hasn’t received emails etc. the worst part and most important part to be aware of is to know your rights as a tenant.
