I am the owner 404/55 apartment River St Dr Hu, ...Chen I refused to have the " air con " repaired as the quotes cost by the agent was extremely out of expected market. Yet , the " air con " was functioning. I don't wish to rent out to the one caused So much trouble to myself over the years! However, there was money taken out ( the loan amount on the property was increased without myself consent) How savage ! The agent was by known as " Lizze " !

Lizzie has been such an amazing property manager not only is she kind and friendly she goes above and beyond professionally to ensure communication and issues are sorted quickly and efficiently. The support she has provided us as tenants whilst also supporting the landlord and any tradies involvement has been exceptional. To top it off Lizzie is just an absolute pleasure to communicate with. I highly recommend Lizzie for anything real estate related and respect towards her tenants.

LJ Hooker have actually been one of the easiest real estates to deal with while I've rented. Handing back the keys to a property is always a nerve wracking experience as you wait to fight over tiny issues to get your bond back. LJ Mackay was so easy to deal with when we vacated our property, and it was such a relief. Thanks for making the process the way it should be team!
