I had a very disappointing experience with LJ Hooker - Kwinana on 27/03/2026 at 4:30 PM. I attended a scheduled property inspection, only to find that no agent was present. When I contacted the office, I was told that the inspection had been cancelled earlier that morning and that an email notification had supposedly been sent. However, I did not receive any such email, which resulted in a completely wasted trip. Gabriella is professional with high respect, understanding, open and honest, with an aim to help.
