We’d been searching for a property for several months, which meant we had the chance to deal with many of the local agents. Unfortunately, this agent stood out for all the wrong reasons. He came across as arrogant and pushy, and his focus seemed to be on securing a quick sale rather than achieving the highest price for his client. Property managers will tell you to calm down and will say to you when reporting problems “well what do you want me to do”. They call you names, they tell you to stop being cranky. They als told me “well you didn’t need to re sign your lease if you didn’t want your rent to go up” even though that would result me in being homeless. Money hungry and don’t care about their tenants so clearly
