Stacey is the worst property manager I have ever had to deal with as a tenant. She inspected the property in between the quarterly inspections and one time she left a threatening letter in the mailbox about the lawn not looking green enough. The aircon wasn't working when we took over the place, I asked her to look into it and she took the remote with her and left us with an aircon we couldn't use for an entire month. I was reading through the reviews and how unlucky anyone could be😩 We got the combination of Stacey and Belinda. Every attempt of communication were unattended until it came to the point of release of bond. Both of them very unprofessional. Beware if you are renting through this agency.
Not good service if they can’t make money off they they quickly cast you away with a tone. Don’t use them find somebody with respect.
