Our experience with LJ Hooker has been extremely disappointing, especially to the PM Balijeet Kaur. We reported an urgent maintenance issue expecting support, but the response we received was rude and disrespectful. The property manager spoke aggressively to one of the tenants and told her to “shut up” during the conversation. Good communication and respect are basic expectations when dealing with tenants.
