Property management and manager very poor, particulalry when it comes to vacating. Dont expect much and do expect the tenant to get away with what ever they want. They will not follow anything up, they will not answer questiins, go to QCAT. She will simply lie, ignore and tell you they want it finalised until you leave and go elsewhere. So disappointed!
Watch out for matt jumping over fence and taking people in your house without permission and when he ask you to go to a room without you beware
