Ralph and Gerard ran a short, sharp campaign that produced a result we were very happy with.
Disappointed to see this agency chaining their non-property specific advertising to public road infrastructure and leaving it out 24/7. Found three separate signs on one road alone. These signs violate the City Of Charles Stuart By-Law 2 as it does not fall under the usual REA exemption allowing signs that "directs people to a current open inspection of any land or building that is available for purchase or lease" as there is no property involved in any of these signs. I rented a property managed by this office for almost 7 years. The first 5 years were smooth and professionally handled. From mid 2024 onwards, when the property was managed by Alicia Jones and Timeika Hay, the experience changed.
