We started using their services in property management, everything was handled so smoothly and professional, our rental property we never had any problems. Then we decided to sell, Gerard Pacillo was so professional and extremely helpful, he helped with repairs and all the other services required to sell our house. Worst real estate agency I’ve ever dealt with. The agents are rude, unprofessional and completely incompetent. Communication is shocking — calls and emails go unanswered for weeks, maintenance requests are ignored, and they make constant mistakes.They overpromise and massively underdeliver while charging high fees for terrible service. The whole team seems disinterested and treats you like just another number.Do yourself a favour and steer clear of LJ Hooker Flinders Park. Terrible experience from start to finish.
As a tenant, here are some issues I experienced with this branch: 1. They require tenants to use an app called Ailo for rent payments. You either pay high fees or deal with a very inconvenient manual transfer process. I checked with CBS and confirmed that tenants are legally allowed to refuse this — and many have done so. 2. Their internal management has problems. For example, the same invoice was uploaded multiple times in Ailo, which could easily result in tenants being charged twice.
