"0" stars 👎 LJ Hooker is honestly one of the worst property agencies I have ever dealt with. I am extremely disappointed with the way my application was handled. I currently work in Adelaide, while my family and our home are in Victoria. We are planning to relocate to Adelaide in about a month, so I applied for one of their properties. As a Tenant, this company expects an exit clean to be done prior to their quarterly inspections every three months. They will always be able to find some negative feedback and if you don’t send proof that the cobweb is gone or the oven has been degreased with in a week, they will threaten to breach you. I’ve had a very negative experience where I’ve found this company operates on corporate greed, intimidation and harassment. I will never rent through Lj hooker again.
Disappointed to see this agency chaining their non-property specific advertising to public road infrastructure and leaving it out 24/7. Found three separate signs on one road alone. These signs violate the City Of Charles Stuart By-Law 2 as it does not fall under the usual REA exemption allowing signs that "directs people to a current open inspection of any land or building that is available for purchase or lease" as there is no property involved in any of these signs.
