I cannot speak highly enough of Wendy Norman, she absolutely went above and beyond doing a hell of a lot more than any employee should have to do. I live interstate and the communication and follow up was greatly appreciated. I could not have completed the work and renovations without her local expertise and guidance. Thank you Brenda for an impeccable job on selling our investment house. Our home was on the market for 1 day and so many interested buyers. When the first offer fell through after a month, Brenda was quick on the job to get us another offer and a better price. We were ecstatic. Wouldn’t hesitate in a flash in recommending Brenda to sell your home.
Dropped a bomb on us 2 days before settlement and then refused to back up their claims. Property manager then ghosted us. We cancelled the services with them, which they were surprised about, and then the childish and unprofessional behaviour after was astounding. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
