The agent was late to open the inspection and did not have the key to the backyard. The property was not in optimal condition: the windows were rusty and difficult to open, and the toilet bowl was not clean. Overall, it's an unpleasant experience.
LJ Hooker Craigmore were property managers for my property for nearly 2 years. I had an extremely poor experience with them. They did not follow very clear instructions, took money that was not owed to them and resisted calls to pay it back. I have had to take them to court to try and retrieve it. As an interstate investor, I have been very appalled at their service.
Thank You To Michelle Paton for finding a suitable tenant in our Property, i highly recommend Michelle Paton for being reliable, honest and very competent as a Property Manager.Thank You and more power.
We have a property being managed by the team, and there was a series of tenant issues and property maintenance which required a great deal of attention in a short period of time. Nicola and the team were straight onto this, all the while keeping us updated on how things were going. I felt they went well above expectations for us to manage the current issues. Thanks LJH Craigmore!!
LJ Hooker Craigmore Real Estate Representative Michelle Paton helps us in finding the suitable tenants in our property. Very reliable and dependable. Thank you Michelle for your effort. We are so happy.
