We Had been dealing with Andrew Rose from this company. Our experience has been very disappointing. The most serious of our complaints(but not the only one) was when the buyer asked for an extension to finance and settlement. Andrew did not consult appropriately. Made decisions that were not his to make regarding the date of extensions, failed to provide requested forms despite asking on at least 3 occasions, tried to bulldoze us into an agreement when there was nothing in writing and failed to respond to requests for inform... read more
