We have had the pleasure of dealing with Renee Dunstan with multiple investment properties over the years in Townsville and on the Gold Coast and can say without a doubt is the best BDM we have dealt with . She is number one in our books. We wouldn’t trust anyone else looking after our investment properties.
Very disappointed. Changed to LJ Hooker Coomera under the promise of a much superior service but I was remarkably let down. 4 or 5 agents across a couple of years, rarely ever get a call back for an issue, rent came in randomly at 13 days, then 17, then 15. Agents couldn’t get simple maintenance done. I waited 3 months for a $1500 plumbing job to be done, I had to call and email atleast 6 times, agents were beyond incompetent when it came to engaging with my body corporate, I’m sure my tenant was let down and frustrated as I... read more
