Disappointing experience listing our property for sale with LJ Hooker Cranbourne. Was provided high assurance that it would be sold at our asking price as the market is active. We decided to put our property on the market with them based on the high confidence provided by their agent. Three months on the market with LJ Hooker and only received one written offer not even close to our asking price. Agency blamed it on the 'sudden market' changes.
