Terrible service and experience with this branch. Disorganised, lacked basic knowledge and inconsistent. Khloe Zhang and Selena Wang were especially frustrating and infuriating to deal with.
They don’t manage properly well or respond to communications adequately
We had a relatively good experience at LJHooker Canberra City over the three years we were tenants in Canberra, until we were trying to move out. For starters, a couple weeks before moving out, we noticed on a random check of the LJHooker site that our apartment was advertised as having a potential tenant inspection that we were never told about. I want to thank the owner for supporting me throughout my tenancy. I’m truly grateful for them being kind and decent especially during the end of lease process. I want to shout out to Ashlee and thank her for giving me the biggest headache ever for end of lease process. It’s good to see the variety of people.
