Took ages and ages to get any repairs done - only acted fast when we threatened to stop paying rent then suddenly they could get it fixed... most of the staff were friendly.
I rent a unit that L J Hooker Marlin Coast manage, 3 of the 4 fans in the house are broken, the air conditioning in one of the two bedrooms has a broken remote as well as a broken fan and no screens on the windows so is totally uninhabitable, the lights above the stove don't work so I have to cook in the dark. and the above faults have been the same since I moved in 7 months ago.
