Original I was with Professionals and they sold out to LJ Hooker. Twelve months prior to my leaving the rental property, one tenant moved out, she was told by the property manager that she needed to get the new incoming tenants to pay her directly her share of the bond, I didn't think this was the correct procedure regarding bond money, however she was told how much bond to get from incoming tenant by the property manager.
