We had a very disappointing experience renting through LJ Hooker. Throughout our tenancy, communication from property managers including Shanae, Shania and Sophie was consistently poor, particularly regarding repairs and general transparency. My husband and I just bought our first home, and Chaise was amazing the whole way through. Always available to talk to us (even through the recent floods!) and answer every question we had. LJ Hooker was the only estate agency that called us regarding properties in our price range, despite us going into multiple agencies and asking to be put on their buyers list. Everyone was great, but Chaise definitely knocked it out of the park 😊😊
