The worst experience renting from LJ Hooker Bundaberg. Never have I experienced such incompetence from a real estate agent. Over a year, we had 5+ property managers, most with poor communication. There were contract breaches, attempts to increase rent within 12 months against rental legislations, inability to keep accurate rental records and an apparent inability respond to emails or return calls. As a buyer I found Jennifer to be easy to deal with, understanding and helpful. Jennifer went out of her way to show me through the property on extra occasions to make sure the property was the one for me. As I had to sell my property in a different area code to buy here, Jennifer made it very easy to coordinate the sale and purchase of my new property with minimal issues. I would definitely recommend Jennifer if you're buying or selling property. Thanks for everything Jennifer.
Absolutely disgusted with the so called property rental management team at LJHookers, They have had 5 calls so far to fix a RUNNING HOT WATER TAP leaving the tenants with no hot water through winter apart from the damage and cost of a continually running hot water tap. The owners of the property will be sorely let down too as the maintenance to the property is non existent. What a huge let down you are. DISGUSTED!!!
William was both very professional and a pleasure to interact with; he showed us around the property and pointed out all the positives without being pushy, and then allowed us time and space to inspect on our own. Communication was excellent, he responded quickly to all calls and messages, and patiently answered each of my many questions, with not a single one fobbed off.
