I am the son of the registered owner of a property listed for sale by this agent. I notified Mr Henderson in writing on two occasions (17 March and 20 March 2026) that the property owner — my 84-year-old mother — had not consented to the sale and that the matter was subject to active legal proceedings in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
