We’ve been tenants with Heather Donald at LJ Hooker Boronia for 4 years, and she has been amazing. She would follow up on any outstanding issues within a reasonable timeframe and was easy to chat to about anything, you can clearly see she values her tenants as people not just a number on books or money. Since Heather has been on maternity leave things have not been great.
