I had Lysa come out on Friday for an Appraisal on my property. She did not take down any notes & said she would get back to me on Monday. It’s been a week & half later & i have made 3 calls to find out anything but still no call back. I am so disappointed in her service & frustrated how rude & ignorant she is & would never want to list my property with her & apparently she is the Manager I found out.

Lack of transparency. False promises by the agent and forcing me into the contract with absolutely no intention to fulfill the promises. Lots of time and effort wasted due to the unscrupulous agent. Worst experience of my house hunt so far. My reply to the owner's response as I couldn't reply to the message: First off, we never got to the price negotiation stage.
