We have had a very disappointing experience with your Gungahlin Branch property manager, Balijeet Kaur. We reported an urgent maintenance issue, but instead of receiving support, she spoke to my roommate in a very rude and unprofessional manner. During the phone call, she was yelling and even told my roommate to “shut up,” which was completely unacceptable. I don't recommend selling property via this premise. They don't try to get the best price for you. All they want is talk you down-prise so it could be a quick sell for them and get their commission.
