Sent my friend an eviction notice as their agent had "lost" his rent transfers for months; no breaches sent, no communication just straight to a bogus eviction that was later withdrawn after they "found" the money. Since he won't report you cos he is too kind this is the least I can do. Should be reported for unethical behaviour, also let's people rent houses that are full of mould and leak, some wouldn't meet even bare minimum building codes yet this real estate will happily rent them out to desperate tenants.
