I have been a tenant with LJ Hooker for the past 3 months and nothing has been an issue! Chanel Chaffey has been amazing to deal with. From the time I inspected the property to maintenance requests actioned in less then 24 hours Chanel has been prompt and happy to help.
My elderly Mother rang LJ Hooker and a Lady answered the Phone and a request was made to appraise her four Bedroom Croydon Home with double Lock-up Garage and Pool.Shexwas told an Agent would call by close of Business but despite her waiting at Home all day nobody called and she wasted an entire day.She won't use this Agency again and is planning to sell.
Good knowledge of local market and has managed property since 2016. Leased property efficiently when necessary, easy to deal with.
We are tenants renting a unit managed by this agency. Honestly, we feel very lucky especially when reading horror stories from other people’s experiences with REAs.
