I wouldn’t recommend trusting Elena Grace from LJ Hooker Altona North. At both the open house and our second inspection, she assured us the property would be “professionally cleaned before you move in.” Since we were buying from an elderly gentleman who couldn’t maintain the home, that promise was a big factor in our decision. But when it came time to hand over the keys, she went back on her word.
