As a tenant I highly recommend the team of Shannon and Candy. They were always very quick to reply to our emails and/ or requests for information or repairs. Very friendly and approachable. They made moving in and especially moving out very easy which lowered our stress levels immensely.
Liam was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the area. He leveraged his broad connections within the industry and found a suitable buyer within a week. He made sure that I was kept informed every step of the way and achieved a selling price above my expectations. I would highly recommend his services.
The team are very good and always try to assist whenever possible. Shannon was our PM and always very responsive.

Any questions or issues were handled promptly, and expectations were explained clearly from the start. It’s rare to deal with a property manager who balances professionalism with fairness so well.
