Disgusting level of negligence and zero accountability. My car was damaged by a tree in their managed property car park that was clearly not maintained at all — Instead of owning their responsibility, they flat-out refused to help, refused responsibility, and didn’t care in the slightest. Got shown e properties from salam who was so rude the whole time basically on his phone. I asked about a couple of things about one of the houses and he ignored me which I needed answers for so I know. This experience was that terrible ive had to go to another housing company to get a house because I couldn't put up with the ignorance when I was about to spend a tone of money. Highly don't recommend going through this guy. Also when I called up to complain I got hung up on by receptionist which was so unprofessional
Keith Brown - rental manager . Rude , Insulting , non compliant . In a fire season the lack of rental management by this incompetent property manager to allow the neighbours house to fall into disrepair . Insulting my father for contacting him expressing his concerns . To refer to my father as a trouble maker . Definitely do not use this property manager ! Houses is now vandalised.
