1 year ago, my girlfriend went to get contacts at this place. We have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance with a $25 copay for the exam. It covers up to $130 of the price of contacts. My girlfriend was told she had to pay $89 for the exam and $200, the full price for her contacts. And she would be reimbursed the difference in what our insurance didn't cover. She paid the $289 and ordered her contacts. A month later, she had to call their office to tell them she had not been reimbursed yet. Today, Feb. 27th, 2016...the very same... read more
