My claim for a roof replacement was initially denied by my insurance company. My insurance company not only paid for the entire roof replacement but my Claims Specialist recommended that the claim be amended to include payment for water damage inside my home caused by the same wind and hail storms. Linda Martin! She was my contractor that helped me with my insurance and help me fight to get my roof paid. LJ Exterior did an awesome job with my roof! They do other services and I will be using them for those other projects!
They inspected the roof and informed me that there was damage in several areas. They worked with the claims adjuster from my homeowner's insurance company that came out to inspect. They kept me informed during the entire process. Their work ethics was top notch. They made sure that the landscaping around the house was protected and cleaned up debris each day. At the end of the job, a walk through was performed with me and the claims specialist. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company for roof repairs.
