I needed a replacement back plate (cover where battery is). Old Guess watch so I didn't want to invest a lot. I asked if they could find a used plate, any type [any color/material]. Done !! Lizzy's found a match from another watch. I haven't picked it up yet, but I trust it's going to be perfect. Best part: they did this job as a courtesy. What an HONEST and HELPFUL jeweler. I'll be shopping at Lizzy's from now on.
