I really wanted to like this place because they offer outdoor cuts during COVID. Unfortunately, I showed a picture of what I wanted (a long bob, a bit past collar bone length) and she cut my hair so, so much shorter than the picture or where I indicated on myself. She didn't ask if it was ok to cut off all that length before she started, and now the hair at the back of my neck is about 3" long and the front does not even touch my shoulders.
