I love coming here. Have never had less than a great appointment and always leave feeling fabulous. I typically get my hair relaxed. Most recently, I got this amazing color done by Liz herself.
"We will accept nothing but the finest in hair care and service standards. Everything we do perpetuates this mission". This quote from their site could be further from the truth. I have experienced nothing but a poor standard of what customer service really looks like.From the receptionist (who can hardly hear) to one of the stylists and even the owner. My mother was treated very poorly here. I'm disgusted and sad because I recommended this shop to my mother. Apparently you don't need good customer service skills to work here. When the owner contacted my mother apparently trying to "fix" the problem and my mother tried to set a date to get her hair cut correctly on the house the owner gave her the run around. Why offer something you know good and well you weren't going to follow through with? Staff needs better training in customer service skills and it wouldn't hurt to inv... read more
I went to Liz's hair care for the first time Friday, and don't think I will be going back any time soon. My appointment was at 11:30 I just wanted my hair cut shorter which I explained on the phone when I made the appointment and to the person cutting my hair I also explained I didn't want or needed a wash which she did anyways yelling out very loudly there is something in your hair there is something in your hair which I knew wasn't true because I had washed and rinsed my hair very well the night before, but I remained calm... read more
