Erica Sigala - I moved to town feeling unsure on where to get my hair done. I did a lot of research and found Erica. She took the time to understand my hair type, color, cut, and upkeep. My entire family goes to her now. Off the bat, she hit a home run. It took about 6 hours to complete 8-10 inch cut and full color. Disappointing to say the least. They book months out for massages… booked one in September for February, (soonest I could get) only to get a call a month before my appointment telling me they were cancelling my appointment and had no other appointments to offer me. I asked the receptionist if I could any other date and time, even months out for my service and she said no there was nothing they could do. I do not typically take the time out of my day to leave a review unless I feel others should be made aware. I was denied their wedding services for hair & makeup only after I sent them my signed booking contract. I have been coordinating with their team since November 2023, where I've relayed ALL pertinent details. I realize with an earlier ceremony there are concerns, but none of these concerns were addressed. In fact, the ceremony start time was relayed to them in my very first email.
