I dropped off a piece right before the holidays for them to replicate, only smaller. I was told they would spec it out then give me a quote. So my GF found what I needed and bought it for a present. Since I hadn't heard a word from them I went by right after new years day. They had already created the piece. I was surprised and brought up that I was told I would be contacted with a quote.
