We (Grabber School of Hair Design) were about to order products with this company (and would have given them future business) when we had an exchange with an employee named Chris over the phone. When she stated she needed our phone number for the "ship-to" address to complete our order, I asked if she needed it in writing (e-mail) or if I could just give it to her over the phone.
