Knox Abbott location has went down hill significantly. My child had hair in his food that looked to be the same color and length as the manager who was preparing the food (bearded guy covered in tats). He had no hat , hairnet or beard guard. Disgusting. He refused to replace my child’s food and said “I already put extra meat on the plate when I made it”. So what? I didn’t ask for extra meat! However I do ask for basic sanitation. The other day I go for dinner at the Lexington store on w main st and find out my favorite waitress was suspended for five days for being late. The woman is never late but James the manager didn’t care. I hear he likes to show his muscles and intimidate the woman employees. The woman lives week to week and now lost five working days. I come to the restaurant at least twice a week and service the drive thru at least two or three times a week. Now I will go someplace else with my friends and family. This is for Sunset Blvd. Location in Lex. S.C. Take out must be checked, the older males in this place have ruined the business. Many different Complaints are ignored by management. Same old story, the cook is good(but an ignorant creep)and the underlings are brushed off when complaints are made. 3 trips in three years is too much. Every time a mix up. That lizard is really a snake.
