Dallas the server was not very happy or friendly. Really made the visit very unpleasant. Collard greens were sweet. Not sure if it’s a South Carolina thing but I unfortunately did not enjoy them. Catfish was not fully cooked and it was cold. Have you ever heard of soft fried catfish? Blinds look like they ain’t never been cleaned like ever. Spider webs, dirt and old sauce on the window. Very disappointing.
Great home cooking kind of place. Very friendly service and nice food. I had the soup and it was ok, but my friend had the flounder and that was amazing!!! I normally smother my fish with tartar sauce but this didn't really need any. I would definitely come back fir that next time I'm here.
Good place to dine on a decent price thats not real fancy but great.
I first visited this restaurant over a decade ago and the food is excellent today. As I visit Columbia once again, I make it a point to dine at Lizard Thicket.
Breakfast was terrible. It definitely didn’t take like then breakfast I had here the last time.Nothing had taste not even salt or Pepper could fix it .
